Services include real estate sales and resales, full scope vacation rental management, including direct bookings, guest services, with hands-on, on-site rental management for condominium owners who want professional oversight, transparent reporting, and personalized service.

Mike lives full-time at the resort and works directly with owners and guests, ensuring each property is cared for as if it were his own.
